FAQ (short for Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: How much time do visitors normally spend at Labyrinthia?
A: That depends, according to your temperament and patience, and whether you like the quieter activities in the Puzzle Centre. On average, visitors spend about 3-4 hours at Labyrinthia.
Q: Do you come and help us, if we cannot find our way out of the 3D-maze by ourselves?
A: To this question we usually answer: “We check the maze first thing every morning…!”
Q: Is it possible to get out of the 3D-maze quickly, if you panic?
A: Yes, you can go back to the entrance or crawl under the walls.
Q: Are we allowed to bring our dog?
A: Yes, on a leash. We have a doggy pub with fresh water for thirsty four-legged friends, and a maze especially designed for dogs.
Q: Is it also suitable for younger children?
A: The big 3D-maze is a bit difficult for the young children (under 7 years), but the small star-shaped labyrinth is designed for young children (aged 2-7), and some of the games and puzzles inside are also designed for younger children.
Q: What is the record time for solving the big 3D-maze?
A: We don’t know for sure, because we cannot check if people cheat to find their way through the maze. However, we reckon that it cannot be completed in less than 15 minutes. The average time for most people is about 30-45 minutes.
Q: Is it possible to buy a cup of coffee in the café and to buy souvenirs in the souvenir shop without paying the entrance fee?
A: No and yes: Our café and Puzzle Centre is only for visitors who have paid their entrance fee, but it is possible to enter the souvenir shop and buy souvenirs without paying entrance fee.
Q: Must I pay just to supervise my children?
A: We charge for admission to our attraction. You pay so little and get so much more: Unlike other attractions which are designed either for children or for adults, everything here is designed to be shared by all member of a family – and this is what it’s all about.
